Welcome to BBC Radio 3 Choir of the Year 2008!

The Area Selection Stages for BBC Radio 3 Choir of the Year 2008 are underway. The latest audition round was held on 27 April at The Queen’s Hall, Edinburgh, with thirteen choirs competing. The results for this weekend and all the Area Selection Stages to date: Area Selection results.

The Category Finals will take place at the Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool, 8 and 9 November 2008 as part of Liverpool European Capital of Culture ‘08 celebrations.

The Grand Final will take place at the newly refurbished Royal Festival Hall, on London's South Bank, on 7 December 2008 and broadcast on BBC 4 and Radio 3.
